We enjoyed the ambience and boutique feel of this property. The airport shuttle and shuttle to the Kawasaki station made this stay enjoyable and convenient. Although the hotel was built around an industrial area. The area overlooking the river and the hotel design concept is beautiful..

One of the nicest places I stayed in my 2 week trip to Japan. I wish I stayed longer. But I woke up and ran on the waterfront trail and witnessed the actual meaning of “the land of the rising sun!” So that was very magical to me!

The style was unique. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly. I spent 2 hours trying to get the shuttle from the airport to the hotel and apparently missed it 3 times because it wasn't where they said it would be. I ended up paying for an expensive private taxi to the hotel. The exercise room had very limited hours, and I had to run outside in the cold for my morning exercise. There are no restaurants nearby except the restaurant at the 5th floor, which requires a reservation. Very limited food options at the reception desk, and I was very hungry the whole time. I got only 3 hours of sleep because of an old man who kept being loud in the hallway, not coughing, but clearing his throat constantly. I really wish I'd stayed somewhere else.

We had a short overnight stay. The shuttles to and from the airport and to and from Kawasaki station were great. The rooms are also very cosy and clean. Definitely will be staying again

I went to Japan for the first time and I stayed here the night I arrived and the night before I left back to CA. I want to say THANK YOU SO MUCH. I appreciate the staff so much. When I was leaving the shuttle at terminal 3. I realized I left my Ninja WiFi box in the shuttle. I do not know the language but staff were able to go beyond and return this rental device. Thank you for your everything. Also the food is great! Shuttle buses are such a plus too. Thank you again!
