It was the perfect location for a stay before embarking an cruise ship. The hotel is within walking distance to the cruise terminal and very close to Chinatown for tons of eating choices.

Large size room compares with other Japan hotels. Has a bath! Hotel décor is a bit old but when you pay so little it is a bargain. Right next to Chinatown Yokohama - but I would give it a miss to go for "normal" Japanese meals couple of blocks/street away. Went for this hotel for a cruise the next day - walking distance. Great value

This hotel is really great for the price and the location. Hotel staff are extremely kind and friendly. Free breakfast is pretty good even though it ends a bit early. Rooms are small but they have a TV, private bathroom, small desk and chair. Again, for the price and the location, it's hard to complain.

Twin room was booked but we were given a double. Hotel staff were not helpful and said it was hotel.com problem. From the first contact with the staff the service was poor. The hotel is happy to take the booking but when there is a problem they say there is nothing to do as you did not book directly with the hotel. Many hotels like this in this area, choose a other one.

Overall a pleasing experience for the price
I stayed 3 nights for a conference. I know room would be small but I can't even open my luggage fully, though the room is absolutely clean, spotlessly clean. I don't like they insist sharp 4pm check-in even I was waiting at the lobby, and I'm pretty sure they have rooms ready. Joining their membership get you 3pm checkin. Their staffs are all very friendly though. Internet speed is ok, good reception, though uploading photos and video files could be slow (~300KB/s). Overall a pleasing experience for the price.

ライブがあり利用させて頂きました。 1人でとまるには十分でした。 ただ、チェックアウト時のエレベーターを待っていたが、一つしかないため結局乗れず階段を使用して降りた。ちょっとこれはひどいかなあ？ それと、朝の食事のおにぎりですが、記入された表示の物を召し上がった時、具材が入っていなかった。ちょっと残念です。
