Excellent hotel. Staff are so kind and helpful. Attached to Landmark Tower, so convenient to shopping, grocery store and restaurants. Highly recommend

Disappointing experience
I expected better from a five-star hotel. The room was dusty, and there were long black hairs on the bathroom floor, likely from the cleaning staff. Access to the gym was very restricted and came with an additional charge. Paying nearly $500 for two nights and having to pay an extra $15 each time to use the gym was disappointing.

Very nice hotel with professional staff. I would love to stay again but they will be temporarily closing for renovations starting next year. Hope to stay again once it’s done.

The Location was ideal close to many attractions, room size was ideal for a family of four that’s two adults and two children under 11 y.o. The view was amazing and it was a clear day so you could see Fuji-san. Downside - requested a non-smoking room, I should have said a smoke-free room. However, it was not smoke-free but non-smoking and that’s a huge difference, especially for an asthmatic person. Although it was only a one night stay, I suffered throughout my stay as the smoke smell lingered on everything. It was so bad, that I thought of visiting the local hospital to see if they could help with my breathing. also, there was no amenities for the Six year old. The reservation did list all occupants, yet the child was not acknowledged. Overall, nice place and if you don’t mind a smoke-smelling room, then even better.

Hotel was great and service was great. Hotel needs to be updated in the rooms. Very clean but a little bit outdated. Loved everything else.
