This spacious 1 bedroom apartment is situated within a brand new development located only a short walk away from the heart of the Centre of York.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own private entrance. It has a lovely open plan living/dining area, perfect for your break away in York. The sitting area has a sofa that you can sink into should you wish to "hide away" for an evening of movie's in front of the smart TV. Fitted with Netflix, it has everything you need to just sit back and relax.

The fully fitted kitchen is perfect for preparing your holiday breakfasts or treats purchased in the many deli's situated in The Shambles and the centre of York, only a 10 min stroll from the apartment. excellent property, all new bosch appliances,very comfortable bed. it was nice to come home to after a day of sight seeing. very clean, great location. The property mgrs were very helpful with a small issue we had,which was resolved very quickly. Thank you ladies! We would stay again

Perfect for Us
We we're very pleased with this apartment. We loved the spaciousness with a kitchen area, dining area and sitting room. It gave us the space needed to relax after a long day in York. The bed was very comfortable. The entire place was spotless. Instructions on how to check in/out were clear and simple. The location was prefect. It it about two blocks from the wall so it was quiet and very little traffic. There's a small grocery store within 2 blocks. When coming back to York, we would definitely look to stay in this place again.
