The property is located on an exceptional area right in the middle of the city, which is great and walkable to a lot of places . However, customer service could’ve been up to par, it lacked the friendly customer service . At times I felt if I was bothering them when asking a question . The mini fridge was not working , they didn’t replace the towels , nor provided the extra waters .Overall, not sure if I will stay here again, but if you’re looking for location, not the aesthetic of the hotel then this is your place!

This hotel exceeded all expectations! The rooms were quiet & very clean. The entire hotel staff was extremely helpful & always had the best attitude. We want to give a special thanks to the bell boy/valet who went & got our car to park in their secondary lot. It helped us out so much.
