On vacation visiting Zagreb and stayed 6 nights. The hotel and my room were clean and cozy. The hotel staff were great. Front desk was always there to answer any questions from my wife or myself. Great location and safe parking. Will stay there again if/when I visit again. Thank you for a great visit!

Located not far from the Park Zrinjevac (central park known as ‘U or Horseshoe area’), and walking distance to Ban Josep Jelacic area & Upper Town, the location is strategic. They also have reserved parking, which when we did our off-season trip, had ample spaces for rented cars for our travel group. When you check-in, they’ll happily provide you the directions to their hotel property parking lot. Safe & secured, the parking lot is a gated & walled parking lot at the back of the hotel with entrance / exit to it. You are greeted by the friendly & courteous desk staff. The restaurant staff & its breakfast buffet is quite a very pleasant experience! The rooms are smaller than typical but is made up for by efficient layout. Bathroom is quite decent, clean & well-functional. The singular main elevators may get busy during check-out times in the morning, but there is another service elevator at a more distal part of hallway that most guest don’t know of. Beautifully adorned wide staircase was not a bad idea to use going down to breakfast. At the lobby, ample chairs & decors. Plus, they had a self-playing Yamaha piano! The experience overall was charming & pleasant. The hotel rates were reasonable & value cost was comparatively good.

Great front staff service and room what? cleaning service!! Koraljka at the front desk is exceptionally helpful!! Wonderful pillows except the mattress is too soft… Good breakfast expect every breakfast is the same in the four days (shall we just stay shortly?)

Great value! The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. We had many requests (early departure, etc.) and they made sure all went smoothly. Wonderful breakfast buffet!! Location is great, easily walkable to sites.
