Einsames und einfaches Ferienhaus mit tollem Meerblick
Das Lithahiro Stone House liegt in absolut ruhiger Lage mehrere Kilometer vom nächsten Ort entfernt am Hand mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer. Das Grundstück ist großzügig, und bietet sowohl sonnige als auch schattige Plätze mit 2 Sonnenliegen, Tischen und 4 Stühlen. Das 1-Zimmer-Haus ist im einfachsten Standard und mit älteren Möbeln ausgestattet, dabei muss man sich auf folgendes einstellen: - warmes Wasser gibt es nur über die Solar-Anlage, an einem Tag ohne Sonne gibt es auch kein warmes Wasser - keine Klimatisierung - Strom über Solarpanel und Batterie reicht für die geringen Verbraucher wie Kühlschrank, LED-Lichter und Ladegeräte aus - kein WLAN, jedoch gutes 5G-Netz - Küchenausstattung sehr basic, Töpfe und Schüsseln stehen direkt unter dem Siphon der Spüle - durch die exponierte Lage des Grundstücks kann der Wind ziemlich stark sein - und man muss immer mit dem Auto mindestens 15 Minuten fahren, ob zum Einkaufen oder zum Meer Dafür hat man wirklich seine Ruhe und keine Nachbarn. Die Betreuung durch Louisa, die im Nachbarort wohnt, ist schnell und super freundlich.
