This apartment is located in the center of Zell am See just off the main town square with a total living space of approximately 95m2.
It is located on the third floor of the building with the entrance on Kreuzgasse and is on a split level inside, so it has within an additional staircase. The apartment has 3 bedrooms each with a double bed and therefore has a capacity for 6 people.
The first floor within the apartment contains two bedrooms (8.6m2 and 9.3m2) both have a flat screen TV and additionally two separate bathrooms. One bathroom has a bath with a handheld shower, a sink and a toilet. The second bathroom contains a sink, a toilet and a walk-in shower unit. All these rooms lead directly off from the apartment lobby. The internal stairs lead you to the next level where you will find the open plan living space and the third bedroom.
At one end of the open plan living space there is the chilling zone with sofa and TV, here you will find direct access through a glazed sliding door to the terrace (15m2) where you can enjoy wonderful mountain and lake view.
At the opposite end of the open plan living space, you will find the cozy dining area, it has a large dining table with a integral seated bench along the walls and loose chairs as well. There is also a TV located in this area.
In the middle of the open plan living space, you will find the kitchen area with island unit, and most of the modern facilities you could expect.
There is air conditioning in the living room (not in the bedrooms).
Additionally on this floor you have the third bedroom (9m2) also with a flat screen TV. There is also and a separate toilet located on this level.
