Once owned by Muppet master Frank Oz, this classic Tahoe cottage is full of charm & just 2 short blocks to Marla Bay homeowner's beach. It is a lovely walk to the beach in a private neighborhood. This house is located in the quintessential Lake house neighborhood where memories are made. It is also conveniently located a few miles from Stateline and Heavenly village. Heater and fireplace

Heater and fireplace did not work for chilly mornings. No one responded to my text or phone call to fix. Also light bulbs exploded in one of the bedrooms. Glass shards everywhere, I cleaned them up. Need to replace bulbs with LEDs.
