Our stay at this amazing family run hotel was absolutely fantastic. The staff are extremely helpful, often going above and beyond to ensure your have not only a great stay at the hotel but also that you make great memories whilst in Zhangjiajie. I would return here in a heartbeat.

Beautiful views from the balcony of the mountains and river. Close to food and shops. Only hard part was getting directions for didi to location as it is off the Main Street. Might be helpful to use the name of the restaurant on the corner next to the bridge to give to didi driver

Great host

Super helpful hosts with very good English. Shared excellent recommendations for visiting zhangjiajie, Tianmenshan, and local food options. Even helped me get a car when my didi wouldn’t work! Cute night market outside and not far from train station and cable cars. Note the google maps location is wrong, it’s on the other side of the river, more north. Airport pickup was super helpful. Highly recommend.
