Fantastic hotel stay

The hotel feels luxurious and the room was extremely comfortable and clean. The hotel is well equipped with access to a gym and dining options. The location is not far from the centre and Old Town in a taxi, under 10 mins. You can get a bus but we didn’t do this. Getting a taxi to the hotel from the train station was a bit of a nightmare when you haven't pre-booked a transfer, so would hughlt recommend arranging transfers in advance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and added to the experience, giving recommendations on where to see. The location doesn't have much going on, but is nice and quiet at night and there are a couple of nice restaurants directly opposite the hotel and a lovely beach nearby.

The hotel is the perfect walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, and other shopping. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. The staff is really friendly and was able to meet all our needs.

Friendly staff. Modern rooms and comfortable beds. All amenities one could expect from a 4 star hotel. Located in a nice quiet area of San Sebastian. The location is a solid 35-40min walk to the old town. Wont give 5 stars as we like to have the ac very cold at night, the unit is pretty much “controlled” by the hotel as the fan speed and temp don’t really work as one would think. Additionally we are light sleepers. The noise of early morning housekeeping and the slamming of other guests’ doors throughout the night is quite annoying since the walls as very thin. We could even hear our neighbors doing the deed.

YESSSS!!!

Great experience staying at this hotel. The location and the quality was awesome. Staff was super helpful, especially helping me navigate my lost luggage with the airlines. It's located about 20 minutes from the Old Town and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are great restaurants located near the hotel as well. Super safe and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel

No airconditioner, fridge and coffee maker were not working. Poor safety features, the bath tub was very slippery, our friend slipped and required medical emergency attention and the hotel staff were poorly trained. They phones were not answered and response was very poor and slow. It took a long time to call an ambulance. They gave a 50% discount upon check out.
