Friendly staff. Modern rooms and comfortable beds. All amenities one could expect from a 4 star hotel. Located in a nice quiet area of San Sebastian. The location is a solid 35-40min walk to the old town. Wont give 5 stars as we like to have the ac very cold at night, the unit is pretty much “controlled” by the hotel as the fan speed and temp don’t really work as one would think. Additionally we are light sleepers. The noise of early morning housekeeping and the slamming of other guests’ doors throughout the night is quite annoying since the walls as very thin. We could even hear our neighbors doing the deed.

YESSSS!!!

Great experience staying at this hotel. The location and the quality was awesome. Staff was super helpful, especially helping me navigate my lost luggage with the airlines. It's located about 20 minutes from the Old Town and about a 5 minute walk to the beach. There are great restaurants located near the hotel as well. Super safe and quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel

No airconditioner, fridge and coffee maker were not working. Poor safety features, the bath tub was very slippery, our friend slipped and required medical emergency attention and the hotel staff were poorly trained. They phones were not answered and response was very poor and slow. It took a long time to call an ambulance. They gave a 50% discount upon check out.

Hotel is located in a quiet area with a few restaurants in the area. Not located in the main area but 10-15 walk to The Concha. Located a bit out of the way if you want to be close to central but not too far away. The hotel itself was vey nice with a very spacious room with Large comfortable bed and pillows, very nice bathroom and shower. Great closet and storage space if your staying for a few days. Great breakfast buffet if you decide to have breakfast with many options. Overall great stay and would recommend.

A friendly very efficient hotel. The porter stood out as a very helpful, kind and effective member of staff . The reception staff and room cleaners were also very good . The laundry was quickly done for us and we enjoyed the spaciousness of our room. The tap in the bathroom, however , often took ages to provide warm water. We enjoyed our evening suppers there although the first team were much better than the second due to a rather arrogant attitude by the older man and although charming the younger waiter made mistakes and tried to charm his way through.

Nos gustó mucho su ubicación por estar a 10 minutos a la playa caminando y la zona está muy tranquila y agradable. Para ir y venir del centro de San Sebastián es muy fácil tomar el transporte público. La habitación le faltaba donde acomodar nuestros cosméticos en el baño. No había pañuelos en la habitación y se tardaba mucho en salir el agua caliente de la llave. Las almohadas muy duras y incómodas. El estacionamiento está en la propiedad pero está muy caro.

Great family visit

We extended our stay because the weather was great. The hotel was very comfortable, the most impressive thing, our room was immaculate everyday, especially considering most days we visited the beach, and had a young child with us. The house keeping team were absolutely brilliant.
