Convenient for its location at airport. Surprisingly quiet inside hotel. Nice rooms. Bed was comfortable. Roomy bathroom. Lots of plugs for charging equipment. Very clean. Gym nice. Restaurant downstairs had nice buffet albeit pricey. Upstairs restaurant…not many vegetarian options. Food was not well seasoned and vegetables undercooked. I provided my opinion directly to staff…easily the worst meal in my 54 days traveling thru Mexico.

My complaints are that the gym wasn't open early, and coffee/restaurant for breakfast wasn't open early. It's an airport hotel, obviously many guests need to leave early for flights. I pre-paid for our breakfast but basically threw the money in the trash because like many guests, we needed to leave before the restaurant opened. It was a real disappointment. Also, in the restaurant above, we had to pay a ridiculous price for coffee, because no refills, and $3.50 U.S. for each small cup. These policies do nothing to encourage customer loyalty.

After this stay I will avoid flying in and out of this airport. We are a family of 5 with smaller children, so we require 2 rooms, which is fine vir a hassle. The hotel does not have adjoining rooms, that is a negative as our luggage is intermingled and we had to run up and down the hallway to get things. The AC in one of our rooms only cooled to 23.5 with 70% humidity. We got in at 10PM and gave the bright shiny hotel the benefit of the doubt that it had just been off…it was slightly miserable. Finally, the morning front desk staff person was not friendly. I had a migraine from the heat and my Spanish was a mess, and her English was not strong. But a smile, instead of the snark face would have been appreciated especially when we were hot from no AC.
