The room and the staff were excellent. The issue was that we explicitly selected it because they had air conditioning listed as an amenity. Unfortunately, the unit we had did not have that amenity and it was very hot when we were there.

Nice apartment
Great service apartments to stay for few days. Location is ok. Short walk to a tram station. Unfortunately no supermarket nearby. Have to go city center. Amenities in the room is great.

Every thing was perfect on our trip , walking distant from our apartment is about 15 min to the train , bus and tram station a Coop store near by the train station make it a very convenience that we can by milk , fruits and snack to pack on the train . Neighbor is very quiet and clean . We loved this apartment it felt like home away from home .

Cleanest place ive ever stayed. Walkable to everything. Only complaint would be, beds werent the comfiest and the pillows were way to low. Other than that, id choose to stay again. Thank you

The property is very clean and comfortable. We really like it except bad communication Even though I sent several messages about check-in instructions but there was no answer. When we got there, the host didn’t show up. We stayed outside in the rain and cold about 45 minutes .Tried to call them but the call didn’t go thru. Contacted hotels.com they recommended to cancel the reservation and rebooked another since they couldn’t contact the host neither. Fortunately a resident let us go inside and we called emergency number. After 10 minutes, the host showed up and let us check in

Our stay was excellent at EMA. It's close to Zurich HB train station as well as the bus/tram stop. It's safe and quiet around the area. The receptionists were approachable and nice. The room was kept clean every day. I highly recommend this hotel. It has microwave, washer/dryer, kitchen utensils for cooking.

Great for longer stay - we stayed for a week and had everything needed. A wonderful option if you have a child and need washer/dryer and ability to cook some meals. Would definitely come back again!

We loved this place the apartment is very clean and very quiet area .The cleaning crew clean the apartment every Monday , Wednesday and Friday or you can requested to be clean on those day that’s not listed .The apartment also equipt with a kitchen and the necessity utensils if you like to cook .The apartment is about 15 min walk to the train , bus and tram station and a Coop and Migro stores near by make it a very convenient . We walked down the train station every morning to catch a train to another city and upon the return at night we’d stop by Coop or Migro store and bought milks , fruits and snack for our next day trip. We stayed 8 days in Switzerland we had a lot of fun and a lot of memories. I felt a little sad when it was time to go home . I felt that this apartment was home away from home . I’ll definitely stay at this apartment again if I have another opportunity to travel back to Switzerland.

Had a wonderful time staying at the apartment over New Years break. Apartment was very spacious with modern appliances. Loved the use of a washing machine and dryer in the apartment. Close to tram stops and there was even an elevator.
