It was perfect as was super close to the Bahnhof, the Polybahn was next to it, a coffee shop right outside the door and on a quaint ally walkway to shops and the river.

There's free tea/coffee is available from an area just in front of the reception office and the lounge is comfortable if you don't want to sit in your room. Having expected nothing to be provided, I was surprised to find handwash and shower gel/shampoo in the bathroom, along with a hairdryer. Our room didn't have a wardrobe but there was hooks and a couple of hangers plus a shelving unit available had we wanted to unpack. The ladies at reception were very helpful with transport info and also provided a corkscrew (the bottles of wine we got at the nearby supermarket were not screwcap!) and a plug adaptor (we had European adaptors but the Swiss plug sockets are a different shape) on request. Our room was ready soon after we arrived (approx 9.30am) which was very much appreciated. We were also able to leave our luggage, in a locked room, after we'd checked out. At the price paid and given the superbly central location, close to the main train station and to the trams, we'd happily stay there again.

The hotel was in a great area to walk to the attractions. There were alot of tripping hazards in the doorways with raised ledges. The mirror in the bathroom was so high that I could see myself.

Excellent one night. Fantastic location is you are catching a train first thing in the morning or coming in late at night. Room was a little hot but opening the window cooled the room.

This hotel is right at the start of three streets with plenty of eateries. Close to the main train station in Zurich. It is an older hotel, but many items are up to date. So, it worked well for us. Breakfast was good. Office has staff 24 hrs.

Perfect Location!!!Very Central...
We had a great time in Zurich, the location is perfect. Very central near the main train station across the hotel and approx. 2 min walk. On the other side of the train station is d famous luxury shopping streets, and in d other side is the main bus station where u can find d bus tours there too. A big grocery store is also across d hotel. Loads of restaurants and shops along d hotel too. Beside starbucks, cafe etc. the staff were lovely too and d room is clean. The only thing that the bathroom is a tight space, Bed is comfy but the pillow is too flat. But overall I am glad i chose this hotel Bcoz of the perfect location 100% highly recommended very accessible. Everything from sightsseing is just all walking distance t From this hotel no need to take any transportation. We took a daytrips to several places in switzerland by booking online and sooo handy bcoz the tour buses are just beside d main train station. I will definetly book ds hotel again if go back to Zurich❤️
