Great stay, super close to the central rail. A little noisy but that’s the price for being so central. Having a little bar fridge in the room would have helped. Staff are great, building is older but clean and comfortable. Would 100% go back.

The room was tiny and cozy, but unfortunately the stay was uncomfortable due to a few issues. There is no air conditioning, and during our stay in mid-August the room became unbearably hot at night. A fan was provided, and we had to open the window for air, but the noise from passing cars (even at 3 a.m), made it nearly impossible to sleep the first night. Even with all the windows closed, we could still clearly hear loud car noises from the street. Another inconvenience was the lack of a refrigerator, so any food or drinks had to be consumed right away. On the positive side, the location is excellent, directly in front of the tram and train stations, across from the Zurich National Museum, and with a supermarket just across the street. Overall, while the location is great, the combination of the tiny room, heat, and noise made the stay unpleasant during summer season.

Perfectly average.

Our stay was perfectly fine, I will reiterate another’s review- it was very expensive for how perfectly fine it was. Outlets were shaped so that our adapter (that worked everywhere else) didn’t fit. No AC (which was known).

Simple, modern, small room with view of back alley, but it was clean and comfortable. Very close to old town and popular city sites and numerous restaurants. Easy walking distance from train station. Staff was very kind, cheery and accommodating. Breakfast was served in a beautiful wood paneled room by attentive staff. A little noisy, due to proximity to bus and street traffic.

Great location. Wonderful staff. Good basic bedroom that was clean and good bed BUT there is no air conditioning and even with window open and fan on it was always a touch warm. Also there are a lot of steps/stairs to get from entrance up to check in and is/was challenging for getting luggage up to that checkin and elevator

A great location close to the station and within walking distance of many great restaurants. I was surprised by how large the single room was, which was clean and a comfortable bed. Only downside was my room being next to the lift door so noise carried through, but for the price and all the benefits of the location I can’t really complain. Would stay again!
