The hotel lobby was attractive, but unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing. The property is not actually located inside the airport, which made arrival late at night inconvenient. It was further than we thought.
There was a long line at check-in late at night, and when I asked for water, the front desk agent simply told me to drink tap water instead of offering bottled water — surprising for a Hyatt.
The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and despite calling twice, nothing was resolved until we insisted on a room change. The staff made us feel uncomfortable about the request and even implied we were exaggerating. The replacement room was an accessible wheelchair / downgrade room without a coffee maker.
The next morning, there was no apology or acknowledgment from the front desk. Overall, this experience did not reflect Hyatt’s usual level of service, and we would not stay here again.
