Hallway carpet had stains all over. The blanket on the bed was not big enough to fit a couple. It wasn’t even the width of the bed. The WiFi was not provided in room or on the key card envelope and you had to physically go to the lobby to ask for the password. My husband and I went to the bar and was ignored on multiple occasions to have drinks refilled. I would not recommended staying here unless you want a bad experience.

The cost was very reasonable. The room was very comfortable, and the proximity to the airport made it a great choice. We were able to book their shuttle for a 4:35 AM ride to the airport on our way out of Switzerland. The restaurant menu was pretty limited. Otherwise it was a good stay.

At the restaurant I request dinner at the same time with my partner she finished and I still waiting. Thereafter they said didn’t have what I ordered I wait an other hour to have dinner. I have a rewards drink and request wine. They said only beer…I do not come back again.
