Location!!
This is a location-location-location hotel with few fun quirks, but it lets itself down with slack maintenance service 6 days and no repair done. Air conditioning also had room always humid and even manually adjusted fan never gave fresh airflow or allowed towels to dry. We mistakenly had taken no daily servicing and paid the price.

I LIKED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS HOTEL , WE DID NOT NEED UBER OR TAXI , WE WALKED ALL AROUND ,EVERYTHING IS WALKABLE DISTANCE ,. SO CLOSE TO ZURICK HB TRAIN STATION , AND VERY CLOSE TO WHERE YOU TAKE THE TOURS , SO IT WAS GREAT

It was a nice but small room near the train station in Zurich. It was a safe area. The room had a lot of electronic features that were nice but not could have been better described. In particular it was hard to figure out how to raise the outer window blinds and how to turn off the room lights.

Room was not as stated on website. I upgraded the room at considerable cost to a Loft Room which stated “Enjoy a room with a view….” The view was an enclosed area overlooked in all sides above a car park and rubbish bins.

Very clean nice and great value since it is centrally located within walking distance to Zürich main train station. The restaurant is 24 hours open and by filling information the check in is within 2 minutes. Modern and fully renovated place with security access to each floor. Highly recommend it for business travelers.

The staff deserves 10 stars. When I was asking a few questions about check out, their opinion of how long to give myself at the airport, etc, the gentleman helping me went above and beyond. He also recommended going by train and which train to take and at what time. The building is also very safe and secure, as well as nice amenities and a beautiful bar area. Is also in a great location around the corner from Zurich Hbf
