Night before going home.
We loved the safe feeling around the hotel. At check-in the agent was very polite. Our room was well equipped with everything we needed, clean and plenty of restaurant options available as well as an Aldi's grocery store across the street. The train station to go downtown was less than a 5 min. walk as well as multiple bus options (bus 31, 32, 33) to get to the airport which was 10 mins. max.

A new hotel in the area that's convenient and comfortable to stay at! They offer a shuttle service to the airport. Sophia was very nice and helpful during our stay. Will stay here again on my next visit!

Great Stau
Adorable little place very close to train station. The staff were super helpful. One was a young man who was the son of the manager who went above and beyond as well as a kind lady who may have been a server who told provided us with info on trains, airports etc.

Loved the proximity to the Bahnhof Kloten and the same to the Airport/Zürich Hauptbahnhof. Room had all I needed/want. Was ver quiet. Easy check-in through self-check in for late arrival. I will use that hotel again!

Zleep hotel serves its purpose as a hotel to stay at before a flight from Zurich. Staff here was unfriendly and cold compared to my other stays in Switzerland and even Zurich. Check in is at 2;00 and I arrived at 1:30. I asked to check in and the staff member said check in was not until 2:00 without checking the computer or room I was staying in. Every other hotel I attended at least verified if a room was ready, with two of the hotels changing my room to accommodate an early check in by hours… let alone 30 minutes.

The room was a bit too warm, refrigerator was unplugged, the shower makes a swampy mess on the bathroom floor. The bar was great and the bartender was super sweet.

A/C and check-in machines don't work
Convenient for the airport with direct city buses every 30 minutes. Comfortable bed, hot water for a shower and working wifi. The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. However, this is a "high tech" hotel with machines to check you in (rather than a conventional front desk) and the machines didn't accept my passport number nor did they accept the American guest behind me in the line. One can check in at the bar but there isn't always someone there. The air conditioning shuts off automatically if you open a window or open the binds but even with both closed it doesn't cool the room at all even if left on all night. The breakfast (which cost me $18) has no hot food besides toast, boiled eggs and tiny pieces of falafel.

Very nice hotel. The self check in was pretty cool. Very clean rooms, nice showers. Comforting bed and bedding. Wish there was coffee and tea in the rooms. Breakfast in my opinion wasn’t worth the extra money. It a cold breakfast and for much less I could have got a hot breakfast else where. Super close to train and public transportation.

Good for a short stay near the airport
Served me well for a single night stay near the airport as I was passing through. Easy to get to, a short bus ride from the airport. I had a purely electronic check-in, which may have been because I arrived quite late. The room was nice and everything was exceptionally clean.
