Stopped here for a quick overnight sleep on a road trip. Was in a safe area, close to food and shopping. The lobby was nice and decorated very nicely. The room was nothing fancy but was very clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable as well.

Even though the property was beautiful, I was very disappointed and ended up believing two days early because of a security deposit that was required that was not mentioned at the time of booking at the time of check-in and the employee kept telling me to do it in cash, which is clearly posted on this site for the hotel that Cash is not an option and it just made me extremely uncomfortable And the best solution was to leave the property

1. The AC/heater was very noisy. I got another room the next night. AC/heater was a tad more quiet but still loud. 2. The facility seemed very dated. Old couch with stains on it. The desk chair kept sagging down (the hydraulic lift won't stay up on its own).

Great clean hotel
The hotel was very clean and updated. Smelled wonderful. The bed and pillows were amazing soft. The customer service was top notch. The breakfast was great too. They even had an option for Cinnamon rolls flavored waffles. Definitely recommend and will use again

Bathroom was in poor condition. The shower curtain rod was falling off the wall. The lamps were missing light bulbs. Room was dark and dirty. The hotel was very loud. Children running up and down the halls until midnight. Will not stay here again.

Bathroom cleanliness was poor. Room cleanliness was ok. Room was supposed to have a king sized bed and a sofa bed sleeper. There was no sofa bed, only a chair. The hair dryer did not work at all. The breakfast was not very good. Overall..... disappointed in room amenities, room cleanliness, hotel amenities, and price for it all..........
