The casino resort hotel is extremely clean with friendly staff. The food at the resturaunt in house was really good. Parking was a breeze. Many convienient options. On site security was allways present. Very safe.

Not bad but…
Visiting family in Shawnee. Hotel was convenient and at a great price. Only issues were the staff and the air conditioning. Staff were not friendly and were too busy on their phones to help customers. Air conditioning was so loud, we called for repair. Maintenance came but actually made it worse. Besides those two items…the room was comfortable and clean.

The room was great but I had to go in twice. The first time they said no rooms went out and got a room through a third party. They didn’t tell me I had to get online and find it. It was late and I was tired.
