Only trouble I had was that I reserved the room for the 30th. I got to the hotel & she found out it was reserved for the 31st. She fixed hotels.com’s mistake.

When i checked after being in 97 degree heat my room air condtioner wasnt cooling. They were fully booked and no maintence person for weekend to look at it. Sink didnt drain and the shower was a trickle. Guy at front desk in the morning to ask if i could change rooms later cause i was going to be out for day couldnt give me a answer. They should have a maintenance on call on a busy weekend. Hotel need a little TLC.

The rooms could use an updating. The sink drained VERY slowly. The air conditioner wouldn't go lower than 75 degrees. Breakfast items could have been replenished more often. Gentleman working in the morning did not seem happy with his job although the gal who checked us in was very friendly. Bed was comfortable. Room was quiet except when a vehicle came out of the car wash across the street.

The breakfast area was limited and noisy, and the staff allowed dogs to be in the dining area when the dogs were not service or emotional support dogs. When brought to the staff attention, nothing was done.
