The property looked fine but due to an unexpected change in my travel plans, I arrived 7 hours before I expected to arrive that day. I asked to cancel the reservation because I wanted to drive six more hours, I would have been fine paying a cancellation fee, but management refused to due that charging me the full price despite the fact that I didn’t use the room.

Happy with each visit. I have had no noise issues in the past couple of visits, but this time there was a barking dog down the hall and the guest next door had their TV extra loud. So sad. Overall nice place to stay.
