Roaches are everywhere i tried talking to the front desk about it they just brushed it off terrible hotel to go to the first day we were there the hotel staff and a guest were outside fist fighting

Horrible. Had my reservations booked for over a week.. showed up to the hotel and lady states “She sees my reservations but she’s fully booked and has no rooms available for me.” Traveled 3hrs from home and ended up having to drive back.

The elevator was not working my poor senior citizen mother had to go up and down 4 floors. I requested a room on the lower floors but staff said no because we had a certain type of room. The tv had no remote control and when we got one it wouldn’t work.

Got to property and was told Elevators were not working and that our room was on the 4th floor. I explained to them that my husband was disabled and couldnt do the stairs. They were able to speak to the manager to approve a lower level room. The room was nothing fancy, beds are not too sturdy. You definitely can hear all the neighbors and outside traffic.. The microwave was broken. I didnt like that fact that you could smell the food people were cooking in other rooms. We also saw a few roaches. We ended up leaving a day early.. Next time i will definitely purchase the insurance so that we dont lose out on money if we leave early. Lesson learned.

The hotel had no cable the first day and a half. The towels in our room had hair in them. The bathroom door had a hole the size of a fist in it. The room and hall smelled terrible the entire time. Noise was horrible on the entire floor and above us so we didn’t get mush rest. The floor was super slippery in our room so we cleaned it ourselves. Several guest were complaining about their stay. There was no coffee pot, no hair dryer. Very uncomfortable with the stay and would like to be refunded if possible.

Nice little home away from home had one set of towels bt washed them everyday during our stay and didn’t complain because the workers are extremely busy and very sweet this is why I bring my own linens bleach and fabuloso to any hotel I stay at. I asked for a mop and broom cause I love to clean and cleaned my room everyday even took my own trash out you know why cause I can and I’m not lazy I really enjoyed staying 10/10. Very accommodating staff and sweet to my family.

Room service fell very short and cleaning of rooms was every 2 weeks! They wouldn’t even take towels we had to ask and go pick them up

TV doesn't even work. Internet is barely usable. Hallways are full of losers and druggies, so expect a lot of noise and trash everywhere. Entire place stinks--literally.
