Why should you pay to park?
Arrived and checked in, entered car details on parking tablet then asked how would I like to parking, I replied I rather not thank you. Unfortunatelt, my sense of humour was lost. I asked why should I have to pay when I am your guest? I was told abruptly “well you wouldn’t have to if you booked direct”
I am no psychologist, but talk about getting off on the wrong foot. This hotel is next door to a Premier Inn and my advice is save money and stay there instead.
Sorry Hilton but I won’t be staying here again!
