Brand new housing in a brand new modern luxury neighborhood. The apartment is 140 sqm large containing 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and two balconies.
The enclosure is located on floor seven in a 12-story building. The view is free and is not obscured by other buildings.
The apartment is fashionably furnished with a Scandinavian minimalist feel.

The apartment is fully furnished.
Kitchen decor such as crockery, glass, cutlery and bedding is imported from Sweden where I live.

We are trying to create a Scandinavian refuge in Addis.

The area has its own electricity and water supply, which provides a more stable operation of properties in the area in terms of lighting, elevator ect.
This apartment holds the highest standards in terms of amenities, decor and area. I am convinced that it is difficult to find similar offers for rental.
