While some food/drinks were available for purchase, the variety, quantity and quality were variable. Basically a convenience store with microwavable prepared meals. The bar happy hour prices were pitch perfect, at least. The eating tables and chairs were not cleaned after guests ate and left dishes and glassesbon them. Not cleared or wiped down, maybe because only single attendant on duty.

Conveniently located near the airport on a quiet road. Very clean and quiet rooms. The cafe could be better stocked - not many breakfast options and not many places to go to either.

The building is efficient and clean. The staff is excellent. I was not crazy about the $60 early arrival fee charged when my cruise ship arrived earlier than I expected. We had no place to store our luggage until regular time, so we paid the fee. I would go back to this hotel if I was in the area.

Amazing Stay!
One of the best stays that I have had in a long time. Stayed for 17 nights and felt comfortable the entire time. Staff were friendly, the lobby is on the top floor so you can get a whole view of the area. Room was a great size, the bed was super comfy and the rainfall shower had strong pressure. The toiletries were high quality, I loved the smell of the shampoo. Special thanks to Grace at reception! Check out the moving art on the top floor it’s really cool!

This hotel is in the mid way of the T station Mascot and the SYD airport (domestic). It is within walking distance from the T station Mascot to the hotel and the same distance from the hotel to SYD domestic. Room I had was clean and spacious with window. Staff were very friendly and helpful. It is convenient to find a place for eating. And, I walked to the SYD domestic (about 12 minutes) where I took the complimentary bus to the SYD International.
