Staff was very friendly. Our room was not so great. The carpet was coming up in a lot of places. Definitely needs replaced. The night stand was sticky. The toilet had dried urine on the rim. When I got up in the morning to use the bathroom a long bug of some kind scurried behind a hole in the grout of the baseboard tile by the shower. Also, our TV didn’t get any stations. Kept saying to check the cable. The breakfast was great, and the dining area was nice and clean, no complaints there. This is the second not so great experience I’ve had with a Wyndham affiliated hotel. Will not be using in the future.

Need to do better with landscaping. Too many dead potted trees and weeds. Inside was very clean.

This hotel definitely needs work. The carpet was stained and pieced together badly. The head boards were ripped and stained. There was a 2-3 foot stain on the wall. The night hostess was very friendly.

Do not stay here, when we got to the hotel it was dirty and there was mold. I have asthma and could not stay here. We ended up going to the hotel next door and staying there. I still haven’t gotten a refund for this hotel.

The hotel was nice and quiet, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The property was fine, but could have used an upgrade. The room was clean, except for the hairdryer, which had a sticky handle and lots of hair stuck to it. I brought it to the front desk and asked for another one, which I received. The other hairdryer had less hair in it, but it still had a sticky handle. The owners of the property need to invest in some new hair dryers.

This property was close to the concert venue we were attending. Although we had some trouble accessing the hotel due to traffic issues, the hotel itself was nice and auited our needs
