Beautiful scenery but you need a car if your going to stay here needs a bit of maintenance up keep around the whole resort spa at the pool doesn’t work and was like that apparently weeks before we arrived plenty of water leaks and your room balcony’s are not water proof so when it rains you can’t sit outside for the mirage name needs to improve some issues

The apartment was amazing with sensational views. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the facilities were limited and the food in the restaurant was limited. Breakfast was the same food every day with mainly egg dishes. Not much variety. We got sick of eggs by the end of our trip.

Absolutely stunning property and we had a fabulous time. Only issue was the smell of seafood from our fridge which we raised with reception and advised they would contact housekeeping. Was still there and complained again and advised housekeeping had cleaned it. Asked if they could clean with bicarbonate soda or move rooms, and they left a bowl of vinegar in fridge instead. Helped to disguise smell which was bearable. No other issues, and 2 changes of towels during our stay

Extremely happy with our stay. We were lucky enough to have received an upgrade to a waterfront apartment which was absolutely beautiful. Quiet, clean and has great air conditioning. Some areas needed repair such as the pool tiling and bathroom cupboards.

We thought the room and view were amazing, but the pots, pans and cutlery hadn’t been cleaned between guests. Unfortunately the breakfast was very ordinary, food from the restaurant was poor, the pool was worn with tiles falling off any many areas where they needed replacing. We had an incident with the apartment above us being booked to a bucks party. We raised our concerns with reception after a night of no sleep and was told they had been given one warning and if there was another complaint, they would be evicted. After a second night of no sleep and security not willing to help, we spoke with management the next day and received a text message offering another room rather than them being evicted. At no time did management speak with us or apologise for the inconvenience. We received another text later that day saying they had been evicted. Very disappointing that they didn’t follow through with there one warning rule, and didn’t listen to any of our suggestions to solve the problem.

This was a beautiful property and we loved staying here. The views from our 3 storey villa were amazing. Kitchen was well equipped. There were a few maintenance issues which need addressing such as broken wardrobe drawers and a cover over the access to the workings of the bathroom spa which looked like a drawer and nearly landed on my feet when I tried to open it. One of the 3 bathrooms (master) shower water pressure wasn’t great and the door out of the shower to the outdoor shower balcony wouldn’t open. Also little things like towel hangers which were loose so you couldn’t use them. But the place was so beautiful we overlooked these things. The staff were very welcoming and friendly and helpful, especially those in the breakfast restaurant and the Whispers bar. We would stay here again.
