The room is as filthy. I decided to not use the phone with all the grime and hair on it. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. Since the elevators are accessed before you go into the hotel, I found a homeless guy sleeping in the hall. The staff was very friendly

They need to do a deep clean throw everything away thats stained smh. Where is the towels. They need to do better this was horrible not to mention the receptionist shes like a nice nasty person but i hope it finds happiness n peace within itself!

Dirty blankets, toilets did not flush, noisy air conditioner, tampon Found in toilet , reserved larger room (#301) but air conditioner too noisy to stay in. Gave us. A smaller room. Staff said talk to manager about a refund but no manager available. One bed had stains, we wondered if it was bed bug poop. For sure would not want to sleep in those beds again. Doubt I will ever hear from a manager or get a refund

I will not be staying here again

Upon arriving and receiving our room assignment, we first inspected the space before bringing in our luggage. We attempted to turn on the main light, which appeared to be motion-activated, but it failed to respond. This wasn’t a major issue, as we were able to turn on a lamp instead. However, once the room was illuminated, it became clear that the cleanliness was far below expectations. There was visible dust on nearly every surface, the mattress was stained, and the bathroom had hair throughout. While the staff we interacted with were exceptionally friendly and courteous, the condition of the room was outdated and unkempt.
