Quiet location with easy access. A little Gem that I didn't know existed close to the city, reasonable price. I did find my mattress and pillows a bit harder than I'm used to.

We always like the location. The friendly people running the restaurant in the evening. The safe parking. The helpful staff. We don’t like the windowless rooms, particularly when we booked a room with a window. We will be back.

So many dining options around the hotel vicinity. The free public bus around Perth city is also close to the hotel. The car park is safe and secured. The hotel itself is well maintained.

This was a good stay, the room was clean and was what i expected from the photos. The housekeeping services were prompt and reliable. However, my only complaint is the staff weren’t very friendly or ready to assist you. They didn’t bother to show me to my room which isn’t that big of a deal as i found it myself, but I would rate the stay higher if they went further than the bare minimum when it comes to assisting guests.

Very clean , easy walking to the city and eating venues. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was that a man in the next room snored and kept me awake a lot. Maybe walls need sound proofing.

Property was nice, rooms large & clean, large shower but crampt ensuite. You can hear the comings and goings and doors both carding and closing of all other rooms sharing corridor. Early check-in was booked but had to wait an hour still in lobby. Towels cheap but clean. More picturesque hostel than hotel.
