had a loud humming sound coming from somewhere near our room. told the nice lady at the desk and she immediatly changed our room to other side of building and up a floor. told us she thought she found the problem and put 1st room out of order to be checked. missed the pool due exhaust fan issue the day before. breakfast was hot. will defiantly try this hotel again despite mnor issues

Great stay!
Very reasonably priced & comfortable room/suite. We arrived very late & the clerk was so incredibly kind! It was the Thanksgiving holiday so no room service or breakfast on Thursday but that was perfectly ok. Will def stay again when we return to the area!

2nd stay here. Customer service top notch. Nice kitchen dinette area in the room- very clean. The area I supercheck for cleanliness is in the floor corners in the bathroom. That was the only place I felt could use some attention or would have given a 5 for cleanliness. Also had an issue with the toilet water running. Fortunately my husband knew how to fix it, which he did a couple of times including 5 am. Otherwise would have given a 5 for facilities. I am sure if we had requested they would have fixed it but we took care of it ourselves and told them at checkout. Breakfast buffet area was well stocked and meticulous. Even had hot chocolate- a plus for me. Would definitely recommend and return.

I booked this hotel while driving from Delaware to Indiana & I was pleasantly surprised. The suite was spacious & the bed & pillows were very comfortable. The Dove bath products were a great addition & so much better than the cheap products one usually gets. The only "con" was the shower curtain rod was peeling & looked nasty. The staff was very friendly on check in & check out. The breakfast buffet was mediocre, but edible. What I liked the best was the selection of Amish-made baked goods available to purchase at the front desk!
