Room smelled very musty due to rotten window sill from moisture. Informed front desk but alternate room had double bed not queen or other alternate room was poolside but the heat could not be controlled! Motel needs a complete rebuild!

Trying to plug in a power strip found lots of dirt on the floor between beds. They had a breakfast included but the coffee machine was out of order, the juice machine was out of order. The pancake pan was empty. There were waffles to make, water, milk and cereal.

Bed comforter had blood stains and someone else's hair on the pillow. Bathtub had someone's hair. No soap in the bathroom near the pool. Breakfast is non edible and no coffee or cream in the morning

The pool heater was broken. The ceiling tile in our bathroom was half open. Thank goodness my husband could reach and pull it closed. The room was very small and the breakfast was really bad. I felt bad because there were four cars in the lot and this was on a Friday night. The hotel is very dated , but probably was a fancy hotel when build a long time ago.

The front desk checked over our room and changed us to another room was able to check in a bit early the staff was friendly and amazing i appreciate you ladies wish i caught your guys names but definitely coming back but ima make sure next time the water is heated lol but other wise its amazing had my daughters 3rd birthday there

The hotel is in terrible condition and should be closed until appropriate repairs can be made. The breakfast was served in plastic bags in a refrigerator and the only plates to reheat were styrofoam. It is completely unsafe and unhealthy to heat styrofoam .As we left no staff were available and three police squads and police officers were present. The staff we interacted with where very kind. But staff kindness only goes so far when the property is in such disrepair. The amenities were cleaned as well as they good in the condition of the building

If I could give zero stars, I would. The property outside is run down with poor lighting in the parking lot and also has many huge potholes. The inside is also very rundown; dirty and noisy. Also the lock on my room door was broke, which left me feeling unsafe. This property needs a complete, major renovation.

Whole place smelled terrible wasnt anyone at the front desk every time I went there. They gave me a room with a toilet that didn't flush then looked at me like I was stupid before asking me if I wanted another room which was not very clean.
