Apartamento em mau estado de conservação e limpeza

Tal como tive oportunidade de comunicar ao gestor da propriedade, este apartamento estava em más condições de limpeza e conservação. O espaço de jardim estava sujo, semi-abandonado, móveis degradados e partidos, relvado em mau estado, em comparação com o relvado contíguo do condomínio que estava perfeitamente mantido. Grade da janela partida, não oferecendo condições de segurança, entretanto consertada. Frigorífico estragado. Limpeza do imóvel muito fraca, quer ao nível dos móveis, quer ao nível do chão. Baratas mortas em vários sítios e outras que apareceram ao longo da estadia dentro do apartamento. Pese embora a localização excelente, as nossas expectativas ficaram muito defraudadas.
