Balloon Fiesta Lodging
Did one night here because it is close to the balloon fiesta. Generally good hotel but older and the condition is so-so. However, cleanliness was good and the provision of breakfast, especially early enough for Fiesta goers, was great!

As soon as we checked in we were advised that there would be no housekeeping our whole stay because they only do housekeeping every 3 days. The room smelled like urine. We had to change our own towels and take out our own trash and the room was not cheap because of the balloon festival. Needless to say we won’t be staying here again.

If you are going to Albuquerque for the Balloon Fiesta, this is an extremely convenient hotel. Easy to avoid traffic from this location. The hotel is outdated, but clean and safe. They even had muffins to grab for the early mornings of the fiesta. Friendly staff and great communication. The next door area was fenced off with sharp fencing, so looks alarming, but we felt safe. I would only stay here again if we were doing the Fiesta again. It’s just outdated and needs an update.

Check in staff said there was 2 breakfast in the morning. Early breakfast for Balloon crown on the go then regular breakfast till 10am the morning, but when went down at 9:15 there was no breakfast. Apparently it was done at 9… There was nothing to eat not even a cup of coffee. Front desk said however told us made a mistake Hotel was old and dated …moldy bathroom and Over priced, we will never stay here again

Stayed for ballon fiesta, great location for the event. A bit dated but comfortable once we got the room cooled down. The hallways and dining area were very hot for the middle of October!

The room was not thoroughly clean. Dirt visible on walls and surfaces like the desk and counters. The hallways smelled like cigarettes and must. The breakfast was gross.

Very close to almost everything. Breakfast was very good. They even had muffins and coffe at 3 am for those going to balloon fiesta. I wish they had microwaves in the rooms, and ac in the lobby and hall ways. Would stay again bed comfortable slightly firm .

If you like dated property from the 1970s that smells like the smoky era of that time, you will love it. They did an excellent job of cleaning and very old property. However the place is very outdated and feels like a two star hotel at best. The location was perfect for balloon week and since we were not there long it was manageable.

Comfortable beds, clean rooms and friendly staff. Bathroom needs updating, TV was fuzzy, breakfast eggs were mushy, and they only offered bacon, no sausage links and no granola for yogurt.

We like the close proximity to the Baloon Festival which we enjoyed. The morning of our check out we had a lovely surprise that at the front side of the Inn we saw the hot air balloons flying overhead and it was just wonderful.

Door Keys cards Suck but great hotel.
Hotel was just what we needed apart from continuing issues with our door key (we had to have it re keyed every time we left the room, and we did not put near a magnet) the staff where great

The front staff were friendly and welcoming but we stayed in the first floor and I don’t know for what reason we could hear everything from the Room above us really annoying we have stayed at other hotels and this has never happened also one of the bed’s sheets were dirty like it had a huge stain like they didn’t change it

When I arrived was very nice. But at night someone tried going into the room and was unable to no longer sleep, called the lobby and the lady apologized and said the man went to the wrong floor . Until this day I can’t understand how that could happen.
