The property was simply in shambles. The young man behind the counter was fantastic. Truly a wonderful ambassador for an otherwise very underwhelming property. Will not stay here again. Nothing worked. There were broken items and chipped paint and plaster. It was depressing.

At check in I was almost turned away because my home address is within 60 miles of the hotel. It was never mentioned to me when I booked my room. Cold shower, no hot water. Everything else was OK.

With my stay my toilet handle got stuck so I had to open the top of the toilet to flush the toilet. I did inform the front desk and nothing wasn't done. Then the tub/shower wouldn't drain properly so we had to take a shower with a tub full of water as well I informed the front desk and nothing was done, until the tub had caused a leak damage in the lobby. We had exchange rooms and the manager had stated that I would be compensated for this issue and I had not been compensated. Also the parking area was a tight squeeze due to the fence of construction oh and the pool wasn't open fully because they also had complications with the hot tub. I don't know why this corporation is even open? There are more than enough operating violations with this building that they need to be addressed and fixed before allowing anyone to stay.

The area around this property is not the safest, but they did have security coming through several times a night. This property was under construction, but they really did a good job at keeping areas open for guests. My room was a suite so large and nice although the tub And shower controls need to be replaced. I think this property is an older property that they are renovated once it’s done. It’ll be really nice. I have too furr babies and they are pet friendly and that made me happy. Near I25 so convenient for traveling. Price was a little high but I think they all are. Very good hot breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This place is a COMPOUND for BUMS and Homeless drug addicts. The whole staff and property should be thrown in the GARBAGE because that is where it belongs! Even for Albuquerque this place was TERRIBLE!

TOO many children here. We tried to use the pool and every time it was out of of order because a child had put feces in it. the lack of amenities and cleanliness was appaling. if you want your vacation to be ruined book this. the bed and room was comfortable atleast.

No breakfast the first morning 8:20 a.m. Waited 10 minutes while staff was cooking and couldn't wait any longer, had to leave. Stopped for breakfast elsewhere. Had paid for breakfast with this room. The ice makers were broken too! had to stop and buy ice. Second morning no creamer for coffee so had to use skim milk. Told staff no restitution offered. Never again

The room had a bad smell, specifically in the bathroom, smelled like urine, like they didn't do a good job cleaning the toilet/floor. Beds/ sheets were clean and was the only reason we stayed overnight. We needed extra towels and was never able to get any. They didn't have any at the front desk or the house keeping personnel they just didn't have any clean ones.
