Air conditioning didn't work, staff did give us another room, but the clerk was very unprofessional and rude about it. There was no breakfast, we waited for over 45 minutes and still didn't get it. We were promised an adjustment on our bill, hope it happens. One of the worst experiences at Windham.

The hotel was great, the area was weird, no real entrance, looks like a back entrance, but only one. Also not the greatest breakfast. But overall a great stay :) Pool was nice for the kids.
