I requested towels since we were provided with only 3 and we have 5 ppl in the room. Upon check out, I received the bill for requesting extra services. Found it wierd. Rooms need better heating in the rooms. It was pretty cold in the rooms

We booked this property because it had food and beverage on site and it was quiet, when we got there the restaurant and bar where both closed, very disappointed, and the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. We won’t be back

Vila home
Location is perfect with these vila style home. We enjoyed it for three days. Kitchen staffs are friendly and showed us the way to the doorway at night. Lake sides are 1 minute away and one can walk for hours. The view is beautiful as arrow town. I consider Marsden place to stay between Queenstown and Wanaka.
