Room not ready so we were checked in 2 hours after the 3 pm check in time. So after we checked in at 5pm we missed our dinner reservation because we didn’t have time to freshen up and change. This was unacceptable.

Our room had mechanical booming noises every ten minutes while we tried to sleep AC was very weak and shower didn’t have. Handle to turn it on. It had been ripped off. Only one staffer seemed to care and the rest of them just shrugged their shoulders. I’ve given the property a 3 because our other room had a working shower and the rooms were cute and comfortable. An active red light district is next door and we could see the lights and patrons from our room. A bonus for my kids education.

Hotel is nice inside, service and staff friendly. Lavish breakfast. Two big problems: parking space extremely limited. Neighborhood very sketchy! Brothels and dive bars with Johns and drunks staggering literally in front of the hotel. Embarrassed to have stayed there with my parents and my 3 kids.

Thought the hotel was great. Walked right to shopping, attractions, etc a block away. Parking was good. What we didn’t realize is right around the corner was a what I assume is a brothel. Didn’t bother us cause we didn’t go that way and didn’t spend much time outside at night - so didn’t affect us. Didn’t know it was even there till we left and drove down that street. Excellent breakfast. Overall we have no complaints about hotel.

Excellent location with everything you expect from a Holiday Inn. Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly staff, close to restaurants and historic sites. About 1 km near the train station. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is in a good location for travel around Nuremberg being only a few hundred metres from the Metro and also for walking into the main shopping area…. exceptional service and very comfortable rooms and all the amenities you could need..
