The hotel staff were extremely helpful. I needed a shuttle for an early flight and the man at the front desk got me acheduled in immediately. My flight was too early for the breakfast buffet, but the front desk had a boxed breakfast ready for me. The room was very clean and the bathroom was well designed (in Europe, a lot of toilets are shoved in the corner for some reason. This one wasn't). My only gripe is that the air conditioning is not strong and the fridge doesnt get cold. However, I understand because of the insane energy costs in Italy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The decor accentuates the hotel and there are some really good dining options within walking distance that are open late.
