A fabulous hotel with exceptional service. The staff are fantastic and go the extra mile to help with any needs. As the hotel is situated on a hill, people have to walk up/down fairly steep walkways or climb up/down lots of steps. The hotel does provide a buggy service to drive people around, but it would be helpful if hand rails were installed along the walkways for guests wishing to walk.

I'd have preferred that during the check-in, I was told about the complimentary break fast, the complimentary tea in the evening, the dance performances, yoga timings etc. Basically, a one page print out, specific to my booking, should have been given to me, so that I don't miss out on things that I like

Beautiful location and hotel, room staff was great but knocked on your door every day asking if you need anything. Room service messed up order but quickly fixed them. The service at the restaurant was below average because of the wait times and restaurant was empty. Cannot order different drinks at sky bar only set menu of 4 drinks, and could not get into the 2nd pool or restaurant because it was club access only. Spa was pretty but massages weren’t up to par. Transportation was easy and drivers friendly. Pools close by 8pm, did not allow drinks or food near it, and beach access was restricted for the week we stayed here. All the game rooms closed by 8:30pm also. I enjoyed my stay but do not think I’ll stay here again.
