The whole floor smelt like over cooked cabage it was disgusting. There was no access to tooth brushes (surely there should be some spares at reception avail on request or to purchase) and the room while clean was in need of a decent upgrade. Very expensive room for the standard of the premises

We didn’t end up staying we checked out due firstly to the odour that emanated through the hotel from permanent residence living in the hotel. The room itself was unkempt bathroom was grott, toilet seat coming off and cupboards falling apart. dirty floor. Beds were dishevelled. TV was on in room like someone had been staying in the room in vacated just as we arrived. In the room for a period of approximately 15 minutes before leaving hotel. Very disappointing to arrive to the state that it was.

The view up on the 17th floor was great and on a whole room was good but lots of floor tiles in bathroom cracked variety of hairs over said floor sticky stuff all down one of the cabinets in kitchen and balcony floor covered in dirty footprints kitchen counter and table had burns over them beware of the $39 cleaning fee to

Staff very accommodating. Pool and spa lovely. Couldn't get wifi on 17th floor so they moved us into another room. However could hear music from event on in hotel, which went to approx 11pm
