Whether traveling through Amarillo or wanting (or needing!) to spend a bit of time in the Texas Panhandle, this Amarillo townhouse is the perfect place to rest and recharge. The spacious, well-appointed townhome is in a very convenient location because it offers easy access from the two major highways in Amarillo, I-40 and I-27. It’s also close to Coulter Road, which is popular for retail stores and restaurants. The medical district is about six miles from the house.
The two-story home, fitted with comfortable furniture and home-like amenities, has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You’ll feel at home with enhanced Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen that’s ready for you to cook! Complimentary coffee, bottled water, snacks, and hand-sanitizing products will be awaiting your arrival.
The Smart TV has Roku channels, Disney Plus, and Hulu.
The house is located on a corner lot, so there’s plenty of yard space, which is unusual for townhomes in a quiet area. Enjoy the outdoor dining table, wood fire pit(we do not provide wood), fun games, and a gas grill. The space is ideal for roasting s'mores and star gazing.
The driveway has a basketball net and space to play.
We are a few blocks away from the Walmart neighborhood.

We came for a weekend getaway as a family to enjoy Palo Duro canyon. We had a great time at the canyon but also resting at this home. It was clean, plenty of space for a family of 5, well outfitted kitchen, and easy to communicate with the property manager. We also enjoyed a game of basketball as a family. The hosts thought of EVERY possible need. Being in Amarillo in hte summer, it was wonderful having access to the garage so our car stayed out of the heat. The organization was fabulous! Baby safety plugs, toys for all ages, dog beds, cotton balls, dog/baby gates, and so much more! The ONLY problem we encountered was the toilets were a bit low for my elderly parents.

This place is great. We've stayed here 2x in the last 3 months or so. Both times were exactly as advertised. Very comfortable both when we had my family of 4 as well as when we had my in-laws with us for 6 people. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Amarillo.
