The property was great. Neat and tidy and the hosts couldn’t do enough to help. Room was small but lovely. Location is noisy but expected as much in a huge city. Would stay again

Perfectly situated right on the outside of the city centre, just a really short walk from Paddington Station which is quite nice. Comfy bed and fairly spacious in the standard double bed room I stayed with my girlfriend. Would love for the TV to have platforms such as YouTube but other than that, everything seems good, especially for its price.

Aside from small room we had, the property is convenient to and from Paddington Station which was a plus. Good restaurants around the area. Will most likely use it again, if we’re in the City.

Excellent small hotel
Our stay was awesome. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. A block from Paddinton Station so easy access to where we wanted to go by tube. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Will definitely book there again should we be in London!

Staff greeted us warmly. The room was clean with a small but updated bathroom with hot water and great water pressure. Proximity to Paddington (one block and three minutes walk) is the biggest asset. Do be careful if you have mobility issues because there are four floors and no lift.

Location was fantastic, just a short walk from Paddington station. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. I'm not sure what the other rooms are like, but my 1-person room was very small. No place to spread out and almost not enough room for me and my bags. Was happy

If you are staying a night or two this place was great! Yes the room was small but very clean and comfortable. Easy walk to Hyde park and right beside Paddington station. If you are more energetic it was about 20-30 minutes to Buckingham palace with no busy roads. Noise was minimal. We had three other people on our floor and didn't notice them at all. Window open all night occasional rattle of train tracks but was more soothing then distracting. Hakeen was kind curtious and super helpful. Would absolutely stay here again! *Warning* No elevator. Unfortunately not accessible! All in all well with it.

The room is clean the staff are helpful and cannot be faulted. But i have been there before and you need to be aware that tthe rooms are small particularly the bathroom. So be prepared for that

We needed a place to stay close to Paddington Station. This fit the bill. Room was small -as described - but perfectly adequate for our one night stay. When booking I hadn’t considered that being so close to a busy underground station that we would hear (and feet) the underground trains! It wasn’t an issue for us, but could be for others.

Very friendly and welcoming hotel. Excellent location. Lots of stairs if have issues with mobility but lovely building. Had everything I needed for a two night stay with small fridge, kettle and everything nearby if needed. Safe area, didn’t feel at all concerned being a solo female. We had prepaid for a Superior Double Room, but were given a Compact Double upon arrival. I don't there was too much of a price difference between the two room types, but it would have been nice with an explanation or a discount. The hotel has an excellent location, close to Paddington station. Maybe too close, for you can hear the Tube rumble deep below, even from the 2nd floor. This can be annoying for light sleepers. Other than that the place was clean and tidy. Breakfast was had at a nearby cafe.

Very friendly and helpful reception staff . The room is very small , but at this price this is to be expected . The sink is very small and it is a bit difficult to wash ones face , but bathroom and toilet very functional . The bed is comfortable and I had a good night sleep . Nice little room in central , but quiet location.

Great location, small room.
What a cute place with fantastic staff. Phenomenal location right by Paddington Station. Room was tiny but we spent our days walking. Bathroom smaller than a cruise line bathroom. I can’t say enough about the location.
