We stayed one night before taking the train to the airport the next morning. Hotel was easy to find and walkable from train station, was greeted warmly and given directions to restaurants nearby and luggage was even taken up to our room (which was helpful as there are not elevators). Bed was comfy and shower was spacious.

The property was great. Neat and tidy and the hosts couldn’t do enough to help. Room was small but lovely. Location is noisy but expected as much in a huge city. Would stay again

Nice and calm location, near tube and hydepark. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Double room incl beds are good and clean. Bathroom rather small with little place for toiletries. Single room very small. No lift and and no central lounge to stay. No breakfast.. But plenty breakfast possibilities in neighbourhood. For double room good price /quality ratio. I’d recommend this hotel

tiny room and a walk up but i am a small person so no problem there. Great location for being a tourist (not much nightlife but there are plenty of food and shops) but it was clean, safe and the desk staff were great.

The person on reception were really welcoming and friendly offered to take our luggage up to our room asit was on the 3rd floor, no lift as very old building. The room was small but clean and comfortable for 1 night. Very close to Paddington Station so great for getting to transport links. Staff told us about a lovely cafe for breakfast too. Will definitely use again.

location is excellent, near train and metro station. stores around everywhere and restaurants as well. the only thing is there is no elevator so you have to have good condition for the stairs.
