We had a lovely stay, quiet, clean and a lovely host.Only comment would be a larger tv with access to free to air channels, but not a biggy!

Quirky converted beach shack in sleepy American River. Some beautiful scenery and wildlife along the river. This property presents affordable accommodation in peak season and good base to explore around east and central KI. More suited for 4 as sofa bed requires updating. Unfortunately had a blocked shower drain during our stay otherwise stay at property was comfortable. It was disappointing that the oyster farm shop previously just up the road is now permanently closed.

Very clean, spacious, convenient and peaceful. I recommend for future stay for any one who looking for very peaceful location.

We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely. The location was peaceful but not too remote. The view was stunning and the terrace was the perfect place to have breakfast each morning. We loved Kangaroo Island and the house was perfect for us. The kids all had their own bedrooms and we loved the endless table tennis in between outings! Thank you.

We loved our stay here. The view and peacefullness was amazing. Central to many attractions and the tennis/basketball courts and jetty nearby kept the boys occupied. Accommodation was very comfortable and had everything you need. We would definately stay again.
