Lovely stay here. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Great location with lots of shops around and easy access to trams and busses. Only downside was the housekeeping. We hadn't left the 'do not clean' sign on our room door and it was barely clean when we got back. The beds had been half made and no new coffee or clean glasses were added into the room. This was the only downside but didn't affect our stay and would come back again.

Spacious room featured two double beds and had a modern and stylish toilet with shower and sink. Room also had a fridge, tv with English channels and tea and coffee facilities. It was winter when we stayed and the room was a bit cold as could benefit from carpet in living area. However the staff went to great effort to ensure we had everything we needed to be warm offering support with the ac system and offering extra blankets - which we didn’t need in the end. We didn’t have the breakfast but there was a good a selection of drinks available in the bar area along with great company from other guests and the friendly staff. The parking was free, close by and felt secure. The location itself had restaurants and supermarkets nearby and the tram offering a direct route to Centraal station was just outside. The area was relatively quiet and looks to be undergoing investment. We didn’t find a bar close by but the hotel bar was reasonably priced compared to other locations and they didn’t mind BYOB. The staff really made the stay as they were warm, friendly and helpful from check in to check out. If you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg to stay right in the middle of town I’d recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel and room were modern and upgraded. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and a variety of good things were offered. You can get to downtown Amsterdam and the museum area easily by public transportation. The #17 tram which takes you downtown is a short walk from the hotel. Several fast food restaurants are nearby but I highly recommend restaurant called Sahan if you prefer a dining experience. The food quality is excellent and the atmosphere can't be beat with a room dize saltwater aquarium. Reservation is required so call ahead but its also around a ten minutes walk. My only suggestion for my stay would be to offer hand soap for the sink

The guys here are superb, proper chilled out. It is only 20 mins from centre and there’s a tram stop 5 minutes away to get you everywhere. Highly recommend.

Reni, Andreea, The red hair girl and Atila were excellent. They all speak at least 3 languages, such an asset for the team in the hotel. Hotel was convenient distance from the city 25min by public transport. My Husband had a birthday and Reni went an extra mile with Andreea, decorating our bed. All staff looking really happy, smiley, friendly. I will definitely recommend to others too. Thank you for the excellent customer service guys

Very nice budget hotel with small but comfortable room. The location is great with all the shopping brands you need. Easy access to the center of Amsterdam. They also give you 1 free access for the public parking garage next door.

This is one of My Worst Experiences of Any Hotel I have Stayed in. In the Photographs it looks like its a Boutique Hotel with Small rooms which is Acceptable but in reality the Rooms are like a College Dorm Rooms and even Smaller. It loojs as uf they took closet soace and made them into Rooms. No Closets in the Room! Bathroom has No Sink! The only way to get on your bed(Futon Mattress) is from the of the bottom of the Bed as the bed is Embedded on All three sides to the Wall so Access is extremely Inconvenient! No Toiletries and No where to place your Suitcase or Hang Clothes. Very Dissapointing that a Respectable Name as Travelocity is associated with such a third Class Hotel. This hotel is for Students Back packing through Europe.
