HORRIBLE
was absolutely the most horrible experience in my life. There wasn’t an elevator or anyone to help take luggage up and down narrow, spiral staircases. There were absolutely no amenities. They required a cash deposit upon arrival which we were not notified of prior to check in and they only took euros and no other currency. the room was dirty unkept and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. Not to mention they had absolutely no air conditioning and we were not notified that it was under repair for the entire stay. We had to sleep with the windows open and we ended up getting bug bites all over us! There was no safe to keep our valuables in that was usable in a very unsafe part of the city. Anyone was allowed to walk into the hotel at any time day or night, there were no safety measures to keep us safe.

Perfect location, tiny but comfy room
It was a great location. Everything is walkable. Rooms are tiny so are perfect for just me. Modern rooms, great windows.

Whoever cleaned our room throw away a paper bag (snack bag) containing unopened cookies in a tin can, several bag of chips, half full bag of chocolates. My kids are so disappointed.

room was very small take long time to find someone in the reception for check-in it was single room and when my friend come and i want to upgrade the take more money than the reservation itself

Great location. Close to train station. Neighborhood bustling but not crazy like a few streets away. Close to many great restaurants and bars. Only downfall is no elevator.
