Great Hotel
Very lovely hotel, with brilliant staff! The hotel was well located and is only a few minutes walk from the Melkweg Max which was great for us. During our stay there was a freak heat wave so its understandable that the hotel was not overly prepared for it. They did but a fan in each room which helped a bit. My only criticsm is that there was no mini fridge in the room, so weren't able to keep our drinks cold during the heatwave.

Place was perfect. Awesome staff, super friendly. My only complaint was no air condition - but i was there at the hottest time of the year, on the top floor. Very modern, renovated, clean room.

Great location. Bus stop and tram really close by. The only negatives being that there is no air conditioning- we were on the third floor and it was hot, even with the window open. The bathroom also had strong drain smell. Other than that this is a nice hotel, well located and clean.

Top marks for small hotel with excellent service
A good location in easy walking distance of many attractions with lots of options for eating out within 5-10 minutes walk. Friendly and attentive staff, well appointed room though a second chair would have been welcomed. Good quality shower room and a great breakfast buffet with staff ensuring it was always well stocked and looked inviting. Each morning we enjoyed a cooked option that complemented the Continental spread of meats, cheeses and breads.

Very good location, very close to grocery store a lot of restaurants, public transportation, and probably about a 10 minute walk into the city center , Our room was extremely hot even with the windows open, and the fans on it was still very hot. The front desk staff was very nice. Our shower would not drain because the drain was clogged. We had to switch rooms and it was very inconvenient. The location was prime tho, Anything else closer into the city center would be extremely expensive so for the money, this was worth it in my opinion.

Excellent property and staff as well. One of the few hotels I have stayed at in Amsterdam that has a bathroom with a shower in it. I would highly recommend this hotel. They also had a floor fan since there is not air conditioning in the rooms. Five Stars

The room was very clean, and the breakfast was well worth the 12 euros. Our room was a little too warm without air conditioning. A very minimalist room with no iron, no hair blower, and no counter space or shelving in the bathroom. All the employees except one were very pleasant and helpful.

Super kind staff who gave us great recommendations for restaurants, gelato places and activities. Very easy access from the airport on bus 397, three minute walk from a beautiful canal. Grocery store and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Quiet street, Comfortable rooms.
