The property itself was clean. For a one night stay across the train station, it met our needs. Staff were helpful and friendly. The surrounding area however can be noisy and because of near bars/red light district it may not be suitable for families. If looking for convenience and near transportation to the airport , this is a great choice.

Stayed with my 12 year old daughter for a few nights. Hotel was in a brilliant location as you could walk to everything. Transport options we also just a few minutes walk away. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful and always happy to help you find your way around to attractions. Rooms were lovely, clean, comfortable, warm, well decorated and had everything you need. Breakfast was also brilliant and had everything you needed to start the day. Can’t wait to go back would highly recommended

Wasn’t sure as it was near the Centraal Station, but turned out fine. I’d stay again. If you’re a light sleeper, ear plugs might be wise because of the tram noise, but even that wasn’t too intrusive. I’d stay again.

The hotel is walkable from Amsterdam Central Station and not to mention the free breakfast. The room is so clean and bed is comfortable.

Great hotel, highly recommended

Excellent hotel with friendly staff. The room was small but very comfortable, breakfast was a delicious buffet. The location is perfect for arriving into the central train station, after a long day travelling it meant a lot less hassle.

We enjoyed our stay here, however it wasn't as nice as our other accommodations on our trip. Only a few towels were provided, water pressure was low, breakfast food was sparse, rooms cold. Area around was dirty and lots of trash. Staff was very nice though. We will not return.

What a great little gem in the heart of Amsterdam. We were in walking distant of all the major areas. The staff welcomed us with some sparkling wine and it only got better from there. Great breakfast, clean rooms and the City Center of Amsterdam right out your door. Highly recommend.
