It’s super accessible and close to central train station 9min walk away. Location is conveniently near restaurants and bars and “coffeehouses “……I have stayed here previously when i transit through Amsterdam and it’s ok for 1-3 nights, the standard room is way over priced and should be adjusted to be under 100€. The hot water in room 46 at 8am was not even reaching to that 4th floor that early in the morning and assuming that all the rooms share the same water boiler distributed throughout the building. Overall it’s an OK stay for a couple or business stop, not kid friendly or longer stay. Breakfast was really nice and 24hr coffee bar in the lobby.

This hotel was amazing! So clean, spacious, room service would make the room super tidy! Breakfast was immaculate (the United States could NEVER). Even the front desk workers were wonderful, great English speakers. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Location was good and close to the train station. Walkable to many areas in Amsterdam. It was usually quiet. When we received our final bill there was a 200 euro charge for breakfast. When we checked in we were never told we had breakfast included, only coffee. When we questioned it the guy said “that happens a lot” but we were still charged. Outside the front door is a bench that is a gathering place for people who smoke, lay around and seem to enjoy themselves. There was a lot of trash and cigarettes littered and one day someone forgot their pants on the bench.

I'm rating this as 5 stars even though we had a negative situation with my brother's room as they got robbed. Long story short, after the internal investigation, the videos showed that the cleaning personnel took the money and they fired the person. The room, the breakfast and service were very good overall and the location is very convenient.

Very convenient location when travelling with elderly relatives. Comfortable and quiet inside despite busy neighbourhood. A few niggles in the room - e.g. bath plug didn't fit properly and pillows were too big, and quite expensive, but overall met our needs very well.

Ok stay
Hotel is in great location. Room was ok bed not very comfortable. Also headboard proper damaged and it doesn’t look nice. Bath was clogged and black hair on the towel. Breakfast was great lots to choose from. Property overall dusty but there’s a building work opposite so… Lots of homeless people outside the hotel. Ok for a short stay.

Hotel Sint Nicolaas is a charming boutique hotel centrally located close to Amsterdam Centraal station. The room was comfortable with plenty of space for our luggage. Comfortable bed & linens. The breakfast buffet for 27 euros lacked food. Hot dishes weren't replenished and the staff was not responsive to requests for additional food. If you came past 8:30am you are only getting yogurt and toast. Eggs, sausages and anything else hot is all gone by then. I would opt out of the buffet and walk down the street to spend your money at Koeplecafe for a nice breakfast instead.
