Located very close to the Central Train Station, this hotel was an oasis in a busy area of the city. The staff, the hotel and restaurant were all perfect. The room was attractive and very quiet even though the area around the hotel is not very pretty. I would stay there again, in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay! We mentioned at check-in that it was our honeymoon and the staff congratulated us and sent champagne and chocolates to our room. Very helpful when providing directions and restaurant recommendations. The social hour with wine and beer was so fun. They even had a hot cocoa bar for winter with your choice of toppings!

Very nice.
Lovely hotel with great staff. Nice size room (we have the premium one). My only critiscm is it can be a bit noisy in rooms at the front of the hotel. Request a room away from the main road. Location wise is perfect, 1min from the main station and a short walk to Dam Square. 20min walk to Anne Franks house (must book well in advance)
