We enjoyed our stay here. We had a room in the rear. It was walkable, quiet, and dark- good for sleeping. Room is on the smaller side, bed a bit on the firm side but we liked the location and the renovated shower was wonderful. Lighting could be improved.

A little gem
A perfect location for exploring Amsterdam. Such friendly and helpful staff. Free coffee and cold water. A lovely little breakfast area to sit and have a drink at anytime of the day or night. The rooms are compact like most in Amsterdam, but incredibly clean and comfortable.

Great staff, clean, friendly. We stayed in in the room with bunk bed. My only suggestion would be to have a shelf for the person staying in top bunk

Great hotel in good location
Lovely hotel that I would highly recommend from decor, to staff and breakfast. Great location for walking to city centre and would definitely stay there again. All staff were attentive both in reception and at breakfast, and hotel had a very friendly vibe.

Bathroom door would not stay shut unless in exact correct poation and with a loud close waking others in the room. The sink protruded into the doorway tripping one of our guests. The bathroom was minimal woth no place.to "store" items including a place.to place clean clothes when showering. Towels were thin and well used. Shower water was hot whoch was a positive and room was comfortable. No oce.available in the building but of we bought some from down the street, they offered to store it for us. Area eas convenient to museums and sights but was alwas dingy and filled with trash. If you have a chance to eat or drink at the George, it is a couple.blocks away and had fantastic food, staff and cocktails. (Try the George Spritz.) Did not feel we received value for the money soent and I very rarely post negative reviews.

Very conveniently located - only a couple minutes walk away to the tram that can take you to the Centraal Station or to a bus stop to get to the Schiphol Airport, a few minutes away from the Museum Quarter and very walkable to the main tourist destinations in Amsterdam. The hotel itself is newly renovated and our room was in great condition - modern, clean, safe and quiet! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Thank you very much! We will definitely stay there again when we come back!

The reception team was very approachable and helpful. Made us feel at home. Also free coffee (the good one) anytime we want!! I don't regret my choice of hotel , and I would definitely recommend, and stay in Krisotel for my next trip. Stay the same. Don't change guys!
