Exceptional Hotel
Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service. Dined on the breakfast brunch which had so many choices and was delicious. The bar made tasty cocktails. Great area, close to lots of things as well as many of the metro lines

The staff was extremely helpful in getting around Amsterdam, in getting into our room early, and very professional. The facility is classy with access to shops, restaurants, pubs, cafes and public transportation. Very satisfied with our choice and stay.

Beautiful Hotel which I stayed at before. Staff are super polite and helpful. One observation that may seem trivial to some but the bedding had a very strong smell of laundry conditioner which I found very unpleasant and ruined what would have been a very comfortable bed. Bedding should be neutral.

Good breakfast . And quality hotel . Great location. But one side of the hotel’s neighbours are noisy through the night shouting and moving trolleys around. Very loudly . And reception will ask for 100 euro per night room deposit upon arrival which is a lot considering you can’t sleep . And room was basic . And bed too firm

I stayed at the Anantara Grand for my 50th birthday. It was one of the nicest experiences I’ve ever had. From check in, to the breakfast buffet, all 5 star. The hotel is impeccable, no matter where you step. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms are extremely nice. The moment you arrive you’re greeted at the door, everyone has a smile on their face and are willing to help. The hotel is in a great location and everything you would want too see is walkable. I treated myself to a spa experience and the treatment was magnificent. All in all, this is the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and have decided to make it one of my life goals to stay at as many Anantara’s possible.
